My Thoughts on:Resident Evil 5

I just got done watching the new Extended trailer that was shown at E307. And I must say this game looks sweet, im not one to always look to graphics in games as a huge need. But from what I can say RE5 looks to outshine RE4, which was the Best looking game of the series at the time of its release. Now there are a few things im worried about.

Location: Africa
Im always one for new exoctic locations in games, and I love How RE5 is gonna takes it's battles outside in broad daylight,Which I might add is totally sweet.But my main problem is that the enemies at least the Zombie folks, are predominatlly african, now Im down for equal oppertunity destruction for all. But having a white dude in the middle of Africa killing Africans is a bit much for me, its enough that we dont have alot of African, or African Americans as heroes in games, (Grand theft Auto's CJ doesnt count) But I guess this is something I and others who feel the same way will have to stomach.

Consoles: Just Ps3 and Xbox360?
I mean gimme a break, just these two? youd think with The Nintendo Wii's Succes Capcom would  at least think about doing an RE5 port to the Wii, Yea, umbrella Chronicles is a nice little exclusive, but Still we should get RE5, and there should be NO excuse about graphical power, They first put RE4 on the Nintendo Gamecube, then ported it to the less powerfull playstation 2! so theres no real excuse for this.

WTF?!:Chris Redfield returns
I have nithing but respect for the OG zombie slayer himself, Chris R. but c'mon I personally would like to see Claire or Leon return, especially Leon, he kicked soooo much ass in RE4 I was surprised that they didnt bring his cocky as back for another playthrough. But I chris might do it, He looks more like a football player though, so maybe his close quarters attacks might be a bit more dramactic?

Well those are my thoughts on RE5, chew on em for a bit!
