Xbox 360 Fanboy received a tip "from a source close to Microsoft's marketing department" about a new SKU - $199 Xbox 360 Arcade Bundle! The source states this bundle will be positioned to combat the Nintendo Wii by focusing on family entertainment. This new arcade bundle will include the standard arcade "goodies", (such as the 512MB memory card) the new Fall update, Microsoft's own motion controller, and motion-controller games from Rare! Furthermore, the source states the new motion controller will work with all Xbox 360 models and will also be sold separately (with more motion-controller games bundled along with it).
