An article at GamesRadar has stated that Resident Evil 5 will feature a cooperative mode within the campaign. Players can drop in and out of the co-op mode. The site also mentioned the new cover system which allows players to "lock to a wall and fire around the corner." The game will also include a new dodge action which will be controlled by the right analog stick.
Unfortunately, the artcle has been yanked from the site. So, I don't know if these details are rumors or not.
