Rockstar just released two new (bust short trailers) for the fourth installment of the most controversial franchise in gaming history. The first trailer introduces Phil Bell, a character who came right out of The Sopranos or better yet, The Departed. The second trailer showcases Liberty City's version of the Toyota Prius.
