It's started, Im back in college, and its back to hitting the books. Usually this would bum any hard core gamer/ anime fan out but not for me. The school im currently attending doesnt have any sort of anime club, and a skeleton of a video game crew (composed mostly of Halo players and what not) well I plan to change things up. As of this morning ive started my campaign of getting an Anime based club up and running at my university.
This is a massive undertaking for me, even though this an international school, composing of many groups of people from all corners of the earth, we all stay segregated from one another(not as in the bad sorta segregation, but the type that everyone pretty much hangs with people with similar backgrounds and culture). Very few people on campus actually broadcast their love anime to the general public, like myself who wears a fullmetal alchemist shirt, and has a Hiei zipper chain hanging from my backpack.
I just hope if I get this up and running, will folks come out and check it out? or Will I be left floundering...... we'll just have to see wont we?
